Product: HP17-g121wm

I've been putting off the Windows 10 update on my laptop and stopped using it altogether because of the errors received trying to install it.  I am getting a "HP Pavilion Notebook - BIOS needs to be upgraded before you can upgrade to Windows 10" error.  I have an HP 17-g121wm laptop and would appreciate any help I can get in removing or upgrading this BIOS so that I may continue using this product.  Thanks in advance!

F.54 is the latest one that was released.
