I installed windows 10 to my hp 15n-096st laptop. But it is strange that even though it wasn't connect to the net, the drivers installed automatically. The iso file was neither a recovery part nor a slipstreamed one. I only dowloaded the iso file from Microsoft. I checked in the device manager that all the drivers was installed. How can the drivers be installed automatically this time? Is something wrong? How can I understand if something is wrong with the drivers?
Thank you.

Most of the drivers are innately present in Windows 10 ISO available from Microsoft for the machine hardware to function properly with the latest built of Windows 10, which are released every 6 months.
If anything is wrong definitely yellow exclamation marked items would be present in device manager. In any case you can install latest drivers (if any) from HP support page that is compatible with the latest build (currently 1709).
I see there are no drivers available for this pretty old model from HP at present and I suspect they're not going to release any more. So you've to rely on Microsoft updates.
