Hello Community,

 

I have a decision to make due to the Laptop Windows 10 that I have now. This laptop has been to repair several times this year. After all those repairs, my microphone does not work. It works only with a headset. I have been offered a brand-new Laptop HP Laptop 17-cp3047nr that has Windows 11. I have never used Windows 11. Not sure if I would like to use this version for business or personal use. 

 

Another issue is I cannot find out if the new laptop keyboard lights up...  I was thinking perhaps I should keep the laptop I have under warranty until the end of this year and request HP Earbuds to solve my microphone issue.

 

I would greatly appreciate it if someone would reach out to me to help me with these issues. I need to make a decision when I speak with the HP Inc. Consumer Escalations department.
