Chrome isn't going to work...only supported for W10/W11.
Try Firefox:
The standalone installer file is a small file.
Download to your W10 PC. Copy the file to a USB flash drive.
Plug the flash drive into your HP 2000.
Copy the file to the W7 desktop
Run the file, and hopefully you will have a working Firefox browser.

th fact i just noticed is that i did installed the standalone on my download file that i didnt know but it says update is not applicable because i had to activate windows for it.
also i installed firebox and chrome before this conversion but both required me to be on the newer version of windows 7. Microsoft should’ve just give out the newer iso of windows 7, although i didnt install the version you said no i will try

If you need to update the original version of W7 to SP1, you can download the SP1 update from the link below (2nd file).
You will have to transfer the file via USB flash drive and run it from the W7 desktop.

Anytime.
Glad to have been of assistance.
That's great news you are able to access the internet again.
Hopefully Windows update still works which may download a bunch of updates.
If it is not working, see this link for how to fix most problems with Windows update not working in W7:
You shouldn't need the advanced discussion section.

Make sure you have SP1 installed.
That is a must to be able to bring W7 up to date.
