Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Update performed over night that requires restart. Hello biometrics no longer available as driver appears incompatible and and support system says I have the latest. Anyone else having problems

I suggest rolling back the Windows update and pausing updates for a week. Yours are probably not the only hardware configuration this has affected.

 

Be aware that Microsoft now leaves us, HP and other vendors in the dark as to what the effects of updates will be.
