I don't understand what's happening to the windows, every time i update it, i lose a feature. First it was the touchscreen feature that was deactivated, now, the camera, Bluetooth and Battery Saver features have all been deactivated too. I'm tired and frustrated of all these. Please how can i downgrade so i can have all my features back?

Have you used the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility to test the devices?
You can do that to discover if the issue is hardware or software related?
Your laptop does have Windows 11 drivers available as provided by HP. See the link below.

Let us know the results of the Diagnostics tests. Include any error messages that are produced.
