I purchased a wireless mouse around 6 days ago and all of a sudden my mouse has decided to stop tracking but it can still click with both buttons. I have made sure it is fully charged and tried removing the usb transceiver from my laptop so it can set up again however the issue is still present. Any ideas on how to restore functionality or have I got a defective product 😕
