                                                               Gd morning!I am currently using the below system HP Z4 G4 Workstation IDS Base Model

 

                                                                I would like to upgrade to (Intel Core i9-10980XE (3.0 GHz base frequency, 18 cores) up                                                                    to 4.6 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 24.75 MB cache,NVIDIA GeForce RTX                                                                          4070 Super GPU )

                                                                   Are these components compatible with my HP 81C MVB motherboard and advise on                                                                           the upgrade process?

                                                                  kindly any one help about this, thanks

Yes, both components are compatible, see page 5 of the manual, and see page 13 for other compatible graphics cards.
