Hello,

If I calculate it correct the design capacity is only 9.4% of the wrong full charge capacity.
I did a diagnosic run with the HP PC Diagnostics Windows and the Battery check passes.

Log Data

Primary_designCapacity: 7170,
Primary_fullChargeCapacity: 6024,
Primary_remainingCapacity: 5251,
Primary_maxError: 2,
Primary_cycleCount: 20,

The Bios Diagnostics shows the same:
Design capacity: 83.92 Whr
Full charge capacity: 69.75 Whr (this is the capacity I got the notebook)
Actual capacity 55.22 (79%)

The Bios is actual, I deinstalled the battery driver in the device manager but this changed nothing.
Did someone have an idea for this problem?
UPDATE: A colleage of me got the same problem.
