Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G10 Mobile Workstation PC IDS Base Model

Hello,
since today my HP Zbook Power got a wrong Full Charge Capacity in Windows 11. The Capacity is only 9% but the Notebook was on power since friday. I made a batteryreport and this shows the folling informations:

If I calculate it correct the design capacity is only 9.4% of the wrong full charge capacity.
I did a diagnosic run with the HP PC Diagnostics Windows and the Battery check passes.

The Bios Diagnostics shows the same:
Design capacity: 83.92 Whr

Full charge capacity: 69.75 Whr (this is the capacity I got the notebook)

The Bios is actual, I deinstalled the battery driver in the device manager but this changed nothing.

UPDATE: A colleage of me got the same problem.
