Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to know that 

If i will install 16 gb ram in my HP X360 

as i already have 4 gb installed 

Will it work as 20 gb RAM 

Or 16 Gb ONLY ? 

I ALSO WANT TO KNOW THAT CAN I FIT THAT 16 GB RAM OR MORE?
