Specter X360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my Specter X360 (13.1 inch 2015) for my school. In 2017 after the software update suddenly my laptop turned off and never turned un ever since. I took it to the local HP store and they confirmed its motherboard burnt issue and they mentioned i have to pay 900 to replace it. I called to HP customer service team and didn't get any support.

it was lying in my drawer ever since. And i bought an another cheaper one. I found couple of user comments in the forum, that HP helped to replace it for free. Can i get help to fix my laptop too, your support and help is much appreciated. Thank you.
