Product: ZBook Studio G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello community,

 

i have a ZBook Studio G5 with the HP USB-C Universal Dock. I want to charge over Thunderbolt but it do not working.

Firmware & drivers are updated. 

Even in the BIOS I didn't find any option to turn it on. Miss I something?

Hi,

The Universal dock (not thunderbolt) I believe does not supply enough power. The Zbook needs 150W power supply. So something like this should work "HP Thunderbolt Dock 230W G2"
