i bought a Western Digital Blue SN570 WDS500G3B0C for my computer.Can I use the ssd I bought as a second ssd without removing the old ssd?

No. The SSD supplied with the laptop is the same type as the one you just bought and there is only a single slot for installation of such a drive.

HP has posted only the Manual for the prior generation 15-da1xxx but the layout and disassembly procedures are the same. Your laptop will run DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM which will downclock to -2666 speed. Max capacity is a pair of 16 gb modules for 32 gigs total, even though the Manual says the max is 2 x 8 = 16. You can confirm with a command prompt inquiry as laid out here:
