Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I would like to increase my ram to 16 gigs. Currently I have 6 gigs. I have intel core (tm)  i5 [email protected] ghz.

System board 163d 65.38. Bios f29.

What would be the best to purchase?
