Hello @BigWaveDerek 

 

(1) Download and install from Microsoft Apps Store

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows

 

(2) Run <HP Diagnostics for Windows>

- Perform <all> tests

 

(3) Please report your results ( error messages, take pictures )

( if serial number, device id, UUID, System Board CT Number is displayed, please blur )

I performed the extensive test vs the fast test... all looks good!

maybe I have to unplug to rerun the battery test?

anything else I should?  I'm more than happy to help here since you gave so much time
