Hello ..

 

i have a problem .. after update bios to version F.22 Battery charge to 30 % only 

i try to rollback to version F.21 but i see this msg ( This update is not compatible with this device ) 

 

. The battery life in work is only a year and a half  ( I don't think it's damaged )

. Attached is a picture of the battery test result

 

The battery is reporting a failure and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Your battery may be covered by your HP Warranty.Please contact HP.

I understand that you are facing issues with charging.

 

According to the failure code, the issue with the battery. The part has to be replaced.

 

In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.'

 

Or you can contact local stores for replacing the battery.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
