> what is the cost of repairing air vents as i recently buy laptop ?
Given that your laptop came with a "warranty", the cost should be ZERO.
However, you need some more "evidence" that there is a problem.
Google-search for "download free SPECCY".
Download, install, and run SPECCY.
It should report:
* temperature of the motherboard
* temperature of the CPU
* temperature of the disk-drive
* speed (RPM - revolutions per minute) of the fan
Tell us the numbers that it reports, to see if the values are "too hot".

Hi,
Hot air should be expelled through the vent on left side of computer. It could be that the fan is rotating slowly because the PC is not being used intensively. If the vents are blocked you can use compressed air to clean the vents. You can buy cans at local electronics store. Use when PC is off and cold.
However if the PC is not expelling any heat it would overheat very quickly and malfunction (throttle or shut down).
Try downoading the trial version of AIDA64 extreme and perform a system test of PC (also GPU) and see the temps of the system. Also check to feel if hot air is coming from vent on left side. The test will stress the system so you should hear the fan speed getting faster and the hot air.

If there is still not any air coming from PC it should be opened by a technician to see if there is a hardware problem.
Hope it helps,
David
