battery Not Charging

Hello,

My laptop battery is not charging.

I would need to see if i can fix it or should replace the battery.

Do we have any app to troubleshoot it or run a test to know its status\problem

Hi,

I tried running battery test with HP Support assistance but it says OK but its not charging always.

Sometimes it charges and mostly it doesn't.

How can i proceed further.

Kindly guide me on same.

What is the age of battery/laptop?

What are the details of the result

Cell voltages , cycle count etc

The battery and laptop is 4 years old now.

I bought them in March 2013.

Cell voltage 4 is 0, also 4 years is pretty long to squeeze out whole life from a battery

Replace it with a new battery preferably HP genuine part
