Hi, when i run as administrator HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTIC 1.5.6.0 and try to test the battery, the test is canceled without any external intervention.I 've tried both with and without the charger. stated below there are details of it in the test logs  section

Sometimes , like once in 10 times, at the boot , before the hp's logo, error 601 is displayed (the primary battery capacity is detected to be very low), especially after charging; moreover sometimes, not always, after the error, the pc shut down like the battery was empty; other times after the error, it goes normally ; usually the battery lasts for 3/4 hours.

Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

 

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp

Step 2. Sign in / sign in as a guest

Step 3. Enter the product number or select to auto detect

Step 4. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 5. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.
