Hi there

I need to buy a replacement battery for my laptop

 

Product name : HP ENVY Laptop 13-ad0xx

Product number: 1VZ88EA#AB7

Serial number: [Personal Information Removed]

 

Could you please advise me on what battery I need to purchase? Also, HP in Greece says it does not provide batteries anymore for this product series, could you please tell me then where I can purchase the new battery?

I noticed that it is the only one to mention compatibility with hp envy 13-ad009nv. So, just to confirm before I order, is it the one?

Your HP ENVY - 13-ad009nv (1VZ88EA) laptop as referenced here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05665656, requires the 921438-855 ("Assembly-battery 6C 53Wh 2.55Ah LI AB") which is the "AB06XL Replacement Laptop Battery".

I imagine you can shop for a replacement battery in Greece through Amazon-Germany for example: https://www.amazon.de/s?k=HP+921438-855&crid=S8JKRERKF3TR&sprefix=hp+921438-855+%2Caps%2C163&ref=nb_....

Yes, that's the one: the HP p/n 921438-855 equivalent.

 

To ease your mind, you could take a look inside your laptop and verify the general shape of the battery:
