Hi, my laptop works fine with the power supply fitted, but when I unplug the supply it switches off. I have run diagnostics and the battery is fine (94% charged) has anyone any idea why this would happen. Also i am trying to download drivers for this laptop but all I get when it says HP is compiling your results is the square rotating and it never resolves to the drivers, thanks in advance
