hello guys  my windows is displaying my notebook battery is stuck at 57% not charging .when i remove the powercord the laptop instantly turns odd.I have tried the followind solutions but they didnt solve the issue:(the laptop battery is internal)

.uninstalled and installed acpi method  battery restarted the notebook.

.removed the inbuilt battery and held the powerbutton to discharge the current and reinsterted the battery still it didnt work.

.ran  battery and power diagnostics both in windows and bios the results showed passed.

.tried to run battery callibration  but the option is not provided in the bios .

.used third part softwares to check battery health all of them show healthy??

.removed the battery and stayed without using it for some days the inserted no change.

.tried different power outlets and also power adapters still the issue is persistent.
