Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (599K0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

"My laptop is an HP Victus 15 with an i5-12450H and an RTX 3050, a 200W adapter, and a 70Wh battery. When running on battery power, the laptop force shuts down at 60-70% battery, as if the power button was pressed. It won't turn on for a while unless I plug in the adapter. When I remove the adapter, it shuts down immediately and remains unresponsive for some time. What should I do to fix this issue?"

The battery may be damaged, make a test, when turning on the laptop press the F2 key several times and make the battery test and see in the test details if it is approved or there is a failure ID.

Right Sir but Battery is not damaged i just purchased laptop on 20th october. tested all tests but it says battery is good . while i use laptop on battery and i opened some heavy softwware teh at 60% of chargr laptop gets shuts down and does not turn on untill i plugged in and turn on . it remains like 1 hour afyer laptop battery comes back at   life pls help me.
