Hi!I would like to ask about Hp sleep and charge,if used a 120w adapter type c charger,it takes how long to charge my battery until full?And also I putted it for 8hours to charge,does this harm my battery? my model no is 16-xd0020AX

HP Sleep and Charge is for the charge your laptop delivers through its usb ports as for example, charging your mobile. The sleep part means it will still put out a charge even when the laptop is asleep. I think you are asking about Power Delivery which is a charge going in through the USB-C port. Your laptop needs a 280w adapter so do not use a 120w except perhaps to charge when the laptop is off. How long it takes to go from say 20% to 100% using a non-specified adapter is anyone's guess but mine would be likely overnight. As long as you only use the 120w to charge when the laptop is off it will not harm the battery but you should really only do that in a pinch. Why not use the provided 280w adapter?
