sent my computer in to tepair the case. The case damage was ln the bottom portion of the envy 360 laptop (it was a month old)
the computer came back with the screen going out and having bright marks - it was the upgraded screen too btw 356$ dollar upgrade.
i called 10 minites after i opened the box when i realized the problem. i spenf an nour and half being transferred around, during which time, i noticed the buttons sticking inside the case, of a month old computer. extremely irate and seeing red, i said a dirty word and got told to be quiet, and transferred again.
finally the 9th person i spoke to said he understood and went over the issues with me, agreed the machine needs to go back and be repaired the right way at no charge,
considering the first repair was 270$, this makes sense to me.
i woke up and realized they did charge me 252$ for this second repair.
now they have a laptop i paid 1200$ for and an additional 270$ +252$ for repairs all within the first month of owning the machine.
this machine is costing me more than my car at this rate. i can not afford to be an hp customer.

omg why foes HP hate me?
seriously what have i done for HP to hate me so much?
i will now lose out on a 60k dollar contract becuase of HP.
i called to ask yesterday when it would be ready, i was told the second.
now i am told it will not be ready until the 30th
i purchased this computer with this configuration for the sole purpose of a meating on the 13th, i will not not nave a computer for that day which will cost me 60k$
so again i ask the question:::: why does HP hate me?
it was also nice to see that the tech sipport person i spoke with when i called did not even know what HP stood for.
i am also curious on why i have to wait 48 hours for this ceasaer person to call me after all the foolishness that hp has done to me? i feel like the dumbest person on earth for paying to be treated like this.
i can assure you, hp will never see my money again.
