My PC HP dm4 1090ee blank after updating BIOS. In the process of BIOS updating my PC turn off after I turned on but the laptop blank screen and capslock blink. How to resolve

It sounds like you may have a corrupt BIOS install or an unrelated hardware problem.  You can look up the blinking LEDs here:
