i replaced my laptop cpu and now hp pc diagnostic hardware utility doesnt recognise my laptop model and serial number which i need to update bios

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

That is still an incomplete model number.

 

The closest PC I could find that contains the information you posted is a 17-ck2002nr.

 

If that's the model you have, below is the link to the driver support page for the 10-ck2000 model series where you can find the latest BIOS update:

yes the model number is omen 17 ck2002nr when i try to install the bios manually it says not enough disk space in disk management the uefi partition size is 100mb any solution

i tried that and created a new partition but laptop still boots into the old one and i cant delete the old one

I've never had an issue like that before, so I wouldn't be able to help you with that problem.

ok i wanted to ask another thing if it is safe to manually download and install bios from the page you mentioned
