ok so , i have this laptop that i bought 2 years ago (december 2016) and a few months ago it started freezing out of nowhere , like it got so annoying it would always freeze even sometimes on startup , there were other times that the caps lock key would blink 3 times , (BIOS) so i took out the cmos battery and put it again and it worked. But the freezing continued , and a few weeks ago the computer just wouldnt start whatsoever , the screen wouldnt light up , NOTHING, so i thought it was a "hp in dc power cable" problem , so i ordered it online and when it came i put it on my laptop and it still wouldnt turn on , but the caps for some reason blinked 4 times wich meant ram problems , so i tried another ram and the blinking stopped , but it still doesnt start 😕
Additional Info:
Its not a screen problem because i tested the screen on another laptop
SSD (KINGSTON 120 GB)
Original Charger
i did try windows key + b and windows key + v but nothing

Welcome to HP support community.
Check with an alternate wall outlet?
If it is powering on, lights on but no display, connect an alternate monitor and check if that has a display?
If that doesn't work either, possible motherboard failure,
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that helps.
