Does anyone have problems with their hp tilt pen or bluetooth mouse. Ive checked and the battery is not the problem. I would have random moments where my pen just stops working or my mouse is not connected to the computer anymore. its really annoying when you fully charge your pen and mouse and 30 minutes in it decides to disconnect. I would wait an hour or some sometimes and it would randomly work back. It's a brand new computer less than a month im starting to think it aint the pen or it mouse but the hardware on the computer.
and the hp tilt how long are you suppose to charge it for? the manual that came with the tilt pen is poorly written. You would think hp would put some effort into it.

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand, your notebook Bluetooth not functioning,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: https://hp.care/2aSlUnS
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
When was the last time it worked fine?
Were there any hardware/software changes made?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
Depending on your computer and the app, the functions of buttons A and B vary. To view or edit the configuration of these buttons, use Windows® settings. For more information on configuring this pen, go to https://hp.care/2If06iD and see Using a Pen to Draw or Ink with Windows Ink Workspace (Windows 10).
Note: This pen is not supported by HP Pen Control
To switch between pen mode and presentation mode, press and hold B and then press A.
The default functions for are A as follows:
•In pen mode, press to open an application defined in Windows settings. In presentation mode, press to perform the Page Down function.
•In pen mode, press to the screen to erase.*
•In pen mode, press twice to open an application defined in Windows settings. In presentation mode, press twice to perform a Page Up function. •In pen mode, press and hold to open an application defined in Windows settings.
The default functions for B are as follows:
In pen mode, press to perform a right-click function or select an on-screen item.* In presentation mode, press to perform a left-click function.
• In presentation mode, press twice to perform a right-click function.
• In presentation mode, press and hold and then make a gesture to move the on-screen cursor
These functions are performed if the pen is touching a touch screen, regardless of Bluetooth® connection status. Some computers and apps support tilt shading.
To enable this feature, the pen must be connected to the computer via Bluetooth.
Go to https://hp.care/2KTjToj to download the driver.
For Bluetooth Connectivity issue:
Try downloading Bluetooth driver from Intel website: https://hp.care/2KXrdiM.
Connecting and troubleshooting Bluetooth issue: https://hp.care/2Cm1yNA.

I solved the intermittent bluetooth problems by installing an update from the Intel website. (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27867/Wireless-Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10?pro...)
However, now the pen won't stay connected anymore. After every reboot I have to re-pair it to keep the top button functional (opening the pen menu).
At least the mouse and the rest of the bluetooth connection doesn't drop anymore now. I suspect it might be related to the latest Windows 10 update having problems with the HP pen driver.
Edit: Apparently there's an advisory about the dropping bluetooth with the pen: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06059834

@yololo
Thanks for responding,
It's great to have you back 🙂
Have you downloaded SoftPaq from the advisory? If you have not downloaded, please download the drivers and check.
Also, try to change the battery of Tilt pen and try connecting the pen to a different computer.
You could create a new user account and check the functionality of the pen: Click here
Keep me posted,
Cheers 🙂
