Hello,

 

 I have noticed that there are threads 6yrs old about this problem.

I am a little computer literate but I understand that the driver updates do not do well. 

I get the msg HOTKEY support like many, what should I check with these days updates?

Thank you for the prompt reply.

After registering my device I navigated some of the options. Checked for drivers updates but I seem to be up to date.

I guess maybe i will have to drop some of the updates?
