Hi my Hp envy 13ba0011tx hinge and LCD broke and is affecting my pc. I bought the pc in 2021. Though the warranty Is expired and I lack the funds to buy a new hinge. Can I get a hp support concerning the hinge and LCD issue please. Your response and support is appreciated.

Please let the forum know if you get a reasonable response to this problem. So far all I've heard from support is that the parts are on backorder (wonder why??) and they have to prioritize the units that are under warranty. The rep said he was "trying" to get a repair authorization. Not sure what that means. It's been months.
