HP hinge issue

as I look around, I notice this is a pretty common issue. My laptop (Hp Laptop 17-ak0xx, s/n 8CG7484NWK, product # 1DK03AV ) now has 2 broken hinges. Additionally, a network cable has also broke since the top of the laptop is dangling by another cable. I see many people with the same issue, and other instances of legal action being taken. I have been a loyal HP customer for many years without ever experiencing anything like this before. Where can I take this pc (in zip code 45140) for repair and will HP cover repair costs?   thanks

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
