Hello,I wanted to know If i can change my cpu in my pc
HP Pavilion 17-ab301nf Because I don’t know if the
processor is soldered to the motherboard,if anyone can help !

Unfortunately,no.
The processors are indeed soldered onto the system board.
Take a look at the illustrated parts list in chapter 3 of the Maintenance & Service guide for your notebook series.
