Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after the windows update of October 2019. I am not able to access my apps when I click the windows button. Nothing shows up none of my apps, not my pictures, microsoft word, the ability to power off and on, calculator, nothing pops up. The only thing that i can do is access the the search bar and out comes a screen with 5 of my top apps that i have used. That's it.

Can someone help me fix this?
