Is it possible to put a discreet graphics board in to the HP ENVY 15-as151nr touch screen UHD laptop to use in place of the INTEL 620 which comes with the INTEL i7 7500 CPU

Your machine has:

 

  • Intel® HD Graphics 620
  • Integrated

And the simple answer is No, you can't add, replace Integraded video card.

Hi:

 

You would have to change the motherboard with one listed in the service manual that has discrete graphics.

 

There are no provisions to add a graphics card in your notebook.

 

Replacing the motherboard would cost about as much as buying a new notebook with the graphics you are looking for.
