To upgrade the processor you would have to replace the system board.
The options are those one in the list in the Maintenance & Service guide with better processors.
The fan kit part number is in my last post. It will be the one that states RTX graphics card.
You will have to find the parts you need by searching online to find a vendor who has what you require using the HP part numbers as keywords.

What is the current processor?
How about the product number? That should be on the bottom of the laptop. I will need that to give specific compatible component information.
Be aware that the 15-en1000nx is a series of laptops and that is why I need more specific information than you have provided at this point in time.
The processors are included on the system boards and are not separately sold according to the Maintenance & service guide for the laptop

There are two cooling fans in a kit. The part number depends on the laptop's graphic module.
Fans (includes left and right fans)
For use in models with GeForce GTX 1660Ti and RTX graphics cards L98737-001
For use in models with GeForce GTX 1650Ti graphics cards L98738-001

the processor is (AMD Ryzen 9 5900hx with Radeon graphics )
The GPU is a (Nvidia Rtx 3070)
16 RAM

i have the serial number too if you want
