can i upgrade cpu in hp pavillion g6 1060ee inter core i5 cpu M480 2.67 mhz

Unfortunately that is not possible.

 

The processor is  a bga type and it is integrated into (soldered onto) the system board.

 

It is not a socketed processor.

The i5-480M can come as either a BGA (soldered to the motherboard) or PGA988 socketed processor.

 

Your notebook has the socketed type processor.

 

All of the processors in the g6-1000 Intel model series can be removed and replaced.

 

See this recent discussion regarding a processor upgrade on a similar model sold in Spain.

 

The person installed the Intel Core i7-640M and reported that it is working well.
