can i upgrade my laptops ram to 16gb? which ram ddr 3 & ddr 4 supported ram bus speed and timing?? I want to also about upgrading processor?

I can't find HP Pavilion g4-1038tx but HP Pavilion g4-1020tx, its specs

Your machine is very close. The series supports 8GB max and it supports DDR3 or DDR3L RAM as mentioned above . For CPU, you can use a list on page 84 of the following manual

Note: you have to buy the right one for Intel or AMD.
