Well I succeeded,
1. Install the hp driver and reboot - no change.
2. Install the Qualcomm from inside the package seperatly and reboot - no change.
3. I used the turn all off/on button from the hp wireless assistance and this wake up the card.
Now windows installed all driver and it's working but cannot see in the connection manager or wireless assistance the WWAN device.
Any suggestion?
Is it just to put the sim card into the slot or I need to use any third party software to connect?
