Spectre13-ae000x360

I disabled the USB sleep/shutdown charging function in BIOS,USB-A port works,

but it doesn't work on the two USB-C (Thunderbolt3)ports at the rightside of the PC.

even I updated the latest BIOS to Ver.F.22.

What can I do the next?

Hi @Utyo, I am the Mr.Robot. It looks like you were interacting with @The_Fossette, but he is out of the office today, so I'll take over from here.

I appriciate your efforts for writing back to us.

As you mentioned the issue still persists after trying out the steps.

Try updating BIOS, chipset and thunderbolt controller drivers on your PC and check if it helps.

Update the BIOS using this link. Click Here

Update the chipset drivers using this link. Click Here

Lastly, try updating the thunderbolt controller driver using this link. Click Here

If you still have issues after trying out the steps. Try the steps recommended below.

Open Control Panel.
Click on Hardware and Sound.
Click on Power Options.
Under "Preferred plan," click the Change plan settings link for the plan you're currently using. (If you change the settings on the power plan that isn't active, this won't work.)
Click the Change advanced power settings link.
Expand USB settings.
Expand USB selective suspend setting.
Select Disabled from the drop-down menu.
Click Apply.
Click OK.

Let me know if this works!

Take Care! 🙂
