I need help to upgrade Windows in my laptop. When I tried I receive this message "HP Pavilion Notebook - BIOS needs to be upgraded before you can upgrade to the next version of Windows" It also indicates "Uninstall this app now because it isn't compatible with Windows 10", nevertheless, I can't find the way to unistall it either.

What do I have to do?
