hi i have a question about the charging time of that laptop, they said i have supercharge for the first 50% of the battery (30minuts) but to have the full charge (with the computer off and 65w charger) i need to wait for at least 5 hours, that is normall? or is a problemof my laptop? (and the porcentage and time to full charge are wrong, for example, said 10 minutes to full charge and can be 1 hour additional)
i have the hp x360-ap609nz
no additional programs install

Doesn't sound normal. The Spectre I am using charges fully in a little over an hour. Of course I don't discharge it fully very often. Actually,I rarely use it on battery but when I do it recharges pretty fast.
Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and look for component tests. Test the battery and the charger.

5 hours to charge is excessive in my opinion. I would contact Spectre support. You have HP Support Assistant installed. Open it and look for Support tab at top. That should give you direct phone or chat.
