I HAVE HP PROBOOK 640 G4 CAN I CHARGE IT WITH THEY C TYPE PORT ??

Yes. Here is how the port is described in the Service Manual:

 

USB Type-C (PD+DP, Gen 1)

 

PD = Power Delivery DP = DIsplayport. 

 

So you can charge the laptop from the USB-C port and the USB-C port puts out a video signal. You need a 65w USB-C charger.
