Hi how to fix trouble about date and hour. It seems cmos battery failed  Where to find it? laptop 15s-fp007nf

Hi:

 

Your notebook does not have a CMOS/RTC battery.

 

The main battery also serves as the CMOS/RTC battery to maintain the BIOS and clock settings.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.

 

The 15-dy0xxx model series uses the same manual as your notebook's model series.

 

c08289069.pdf (hp.com)

 

Chapter 3 has no CMOS/RTC battery description or part number.

 

Chapter 5 has no CMOS/RTC battery removal or replacement procedure.

 

If you are having issues with the date and time you may have to replace the main internal battery.
