I'd go with the Crucial memory.

The fastest speed a drive can run in a PCIe Gen 3.0 NVMe slot would 4,000 MBPS.

I'd go with the Gen 4.0 SSD anyway because they aren't much more expensive than a Gen 3.0 SSD, and in some cases cost even less.

Then  there's always the chance the M.2 slot is Gen 4.0, but you would never find out if you install a Gen 3.0 SSD.

Hi:

According to the product specs at the link below, only PCIe Gen 3.0 SSDs were offered in the model series which leads me to believe that the M.2 slot is only PCIe Gen 3.0.

While a Gen 4.0 SSD will work, it will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds from the Gen 3.0 slot.

I don't know about the memory you want to buy.

The specs are right, but a lot of folks report issues with the performance memory.

IMHO, you should use standard performance memory such as this:

Timetec 16GB KIT(2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz (or 2933MHz or 2666MHz) PC4-25600 Non-ECC Unbuffered 1.2V CL22 ...

Below is the link to the original 15-eg0xxx model series which is the only manual available.

then a Crucial Ram of the same specifications will be more stable than corsair?  then if I place a ssd that is 4.0 will at speeds of 3.0, or higher than 3.0 but even lower than 4.0?
