Hi,
I have bought a new HP x360 spectre convirtile 13 inch laptop. The distributor was quite shady, hence was checking all the details, once I got home. The product name in the system information is HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx. But in the bill the model number is written as HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae502TU. Are this two the same?
Clarification regarding this will be highly appretiated.

Hello Arya3,
I don't know why HP has done this recently but the most recent laptop's model numbers have been simplified/kept anonymous by replacing the full model numbers with x's.
For example, these were what all my computers were being renamed as in HP support identification, MSinfo, and others:
HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae050ca -> HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae0xx
HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae020ca -> HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae0xx
HP Spectre - 13-af018ca -> HP Spectre - 13-af0xx
You should be all good.

Eddy
