Pavilion Gaming Laptop

I have a complicated problem: the cooling fan in my laptop needs to be replaced. I had a chat with the support system and the reset and update didnt work, so it needs to be replaced by a professional. But, I live in the Netherlands and i will be studying abroad in Limerick by next week. There is no time to get it replaced in the netherlands, so my laptop needs to be fixed in Ireland. I cannot call or chat with anyone from the helpdesk in Ireland, and i don't know who to contact to ask if it is possible to get my laptop fixed in Ireland. Can anyone help me with this? And i am still using my laptop now, it doesnt get really hot but the fan makes a lot of noise. Is it dangerous to keep using my laptop?

This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on.
