This is the sort of information you can find in the Maintenance and Service guide:
HP ZBook Studio G5 Mobile Workstation - Maintenance and Service Guide
Open the guide, search for "keyboard".
The part number suffix for keyboards depend on the locale (where on the planet you are located).
See Page 75
For example:
Keyboard, backlit, privacy L30669-xx1
for use in Country Switzerland - suffix: -BG1
L30669-BG1
NOTE: The Guide provides "how-to" procedural help to replace the keyboard. Start in Chapter 4 - Page 29

You are welcome.
In general, many computers do offer Service Guides -- in particular, the business class Workstations, tablets, and desktops might offer detailed service information because these systems are often deployed to the field (businesses) where it is expected that the machines will be serviced "on location" by either the company IT or by contract with HP.
Consumer grade printer service manuals are typically available to licensed repair technicians. Consumer grade printers do not (as a rule) contain much in the way of "consumer serviceable parts" - these printers are not expected to be serviced in the field. High-end business grade printers might come with service guides or at least instructions for some "field service" options.
Good Luck with your repair.
