driver pnp watchdog and bitlocker key is not recognizing the code

laptop will not boot to anything no safemode no repair or recovery setup 
repeated cycle of driver pnp watchdog error and not recognizing bitlocker key
can access bios run system test all pass, tried bios default settings still same
hp shows a bios update tried to download to a usb flashdrive the pc i am using is s mode and don't really see and recovery download in micosoft store that are not 3rd party

• Since you mentioned safe mode and other recovery options are not available, try accessing them through Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE):
  • Power off your laptop, then power it on. As it starts up, hold down the power button to force shut down. Repeat this three times. On the fourth startup, let it proceed, and Windows may enter the Recovery Environment.
  • From WinRE, you can attempt "Startup Repair" or use "Advanced Options" to disable BitLocker.

BIOS Update:

• Since you have identified a BIOS update, ensure you download the correct update from the HP support website:
  • Use another computer to download the BIOS update from the HP Drivers & Downloads page by searching for your model: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-aw2003dx.
