same problem as this https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/Few-of-the-keys-are-not-working/td-p/...
even in bios it is not working.
I tried to boot from ubuntu (try ubuntu) not full installation and the keys not working also.
H think some cable disconnected please show me the cable related to this keys?

I reviewed your post and I understand that some of the keys are not working on the keyboard.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
It looks like a hardware issue and I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

My 3 E D C keys stopped working on my laptop keyboard
i did this >>>>I just had this problem (why I found this thread) and I was able to fix it by pushing the c, e, and d button at the same time and hold them down for a few seconds. I have no idea what caused it why this fixed but might be worth a shot.
and download sharpkeys i think and the key came back to life again thanks god
